In accordance with our centre policy, here is an overview of the ‘standard evidence’ that is going to be used to determine the grades in each qualification.
As our centre policy states:
“Wherever possible the same range of evidence will be used for all students in a class or cohort…”
The typical standard evidence used by our teachers for most qualifications will include:
- additional assessment materials (May 2021);
- centre-devised tasks & mock exams (December 2020 & March 2021);
- NEA (where applicable);
- records of performance (where applicable); finally
- substantial classwork and internal tests may be selected for individual students where other evidence is missing for valid reasons. Students will be notified if this applies to them.
Please note, the range of evidence used to determine the grades for a qualification is non-negotiable.
