Every second week in May, since 2000, the Mental Health Foundation hosts Mental Health Awareness Week.
In previous years the week has focused on how issues such as mindfulness, anxiety, sleep deprivation and relationships can have an impact on our mental health.
In 2017 the theme will be ‘surviving to thriving’.
Here at Kingsmead School, we believe looking after our pupils’ emotional and mental health is very important – so join us in supporting Mental Health Awareness Week from 8-14 May as we continue to help our families and individuals to ‘move from survive to thrive?’
