Thanks to the very generous donations we have started to receive from staff, we have been able to begin preparing our Hednesford Helping Hand Christmas boxes. They have lots of great things inside from tinned food, to biscuits and treats and even little gifts and decorations.
Students from each year group were selected by progress leaders for excellent behaviour, progress or attendance, who were invited to decorate our beautiful Christmas tree! We had the Christmas Carols blaring and mince pies and juice to really get them in the Christmas spirit!

Period 6 has been increasingly popular with Year 11s over the last 3 years. Students like the chance to work with staff and their friends, addressing misconceptions, challenging their understanding and boosting their grades.
It is the talk of the school! The new reward tokens have been given out to staff and the first eager students have received theirs for meeting high standards in learning or attitude to learning. The house competition is now on as explained in the recent
