Happy Pi Day!
We are celebrating Pi day today with lots of fun, Pi related activities in form and within lessons. The students have been engaging in activities across all subjects focusing on this 'magic' number.

Kingsmead school PTFA present BINGO with a difference! Tuesday 27th March 2018 7.30pm - 9.00pm in the school hall. Lots of delicious prizes to be won.
The Year 11 photographs have been rescheduled and will now take place on Monday 26th March 2018, in the Sports Hall.
World Book Day fancy dress has been rearranged for this Friday, 9th March. So get those costumes back out and get ready to show who your favourite literary character is!

Due to the continuing adverse weather conditions and the overnight forecast, we have reluctantly decided to close the school on Friday 2nd March. This decision has not been taken lightly; the safety of our students, families and staff is very important to us.

On Tuesay 13th February 2018, Brett Waring from the Duke of Edingburgh Award Scheme - Central England, handed over Kingsmead's DofE Licence to Mrs Lowe - Curriculum Leader for IT. Watch this space for updates and the progress of our students.
